Now in its second year, the purpose of the MPP is to support publication of gender and
entrepreneurship research focused upon the Arab world. So if you answer TRUE to these three statements, please apply for the MENAGEN MPP 2022:

“I am an early career / mid-career researcher”
“I am researching a topic related to gender and entrepreneurship in the Arab world”
“I am developing a research paper for a journal”

2. Attend the MPP launch webinar

The MPP launch webinar facilitated by Professor Haya Al-Dajani, Professor Susan Marlow, and Dr Lorna Treanor critically evaluates how to prepare, argue, structure and revise a journal article submission to maximise the likelihood of review, revision and acceptance in a recognized journal. The facilitators will draw on their editorial expertise and experience in publishing in top rated journals. A range of issues will be covered including which journal to target, how to structure arguments, demonstrating a contribution, writing analytically, presenting empirical material, key editing aspects, and responding to reviewers. Participants are encouraged to bring their questions about their publication queries and experiences. The session will be recorded and made available to all registered participants. In adopting this approach, we hope to make this an interactive, informal session which directly responds to your research and scholarship priorities.
